I had some bad driver updates from a driver booster program, which I didn't no, not to use. Anyways it killed my windows, couldn't reset or fix so took it here and he fixed it right up. A great price and service. Definitely recommended!!

Have been going to Ben even before he moved to SanTan Valley, so maybe 10 years. Not too often (then or now), only when things broke. He knows computers upside down and inside out. Finally let him replace my ancient Dell Inspiron. He gave good advice and recommendations (spec wise) when I told him what I wanted (or thought I wanted). Wow! Shazam! What a great computer he built for me, and at a very reasonable price. Also his post-build support is exemplary, always ready to answer questions and help the not-so-computer-savvy (such as moi) with the transition from old to new software and/or computer.

I had just gotten a new gaming pc that worked for a few hours then just stopped. Contacted Flat Rate Computer Guy through this app and he responded within minutes. Within 2 hours of that response my pc was at his shop and already diagnosed. Got it back the next day and it’s running even better than it was when I got it!
