Is there a minimum number of users?
No. We take clients starting at one user. If it’s just you and a laptop, we can help.
What if a computer physically breaks?
For hardware failures in the Phoenix Metro, we coordinate local break-fix service through Flat Rate Computer Guy — same business, same owner. Outside our area, we dispatch a vetted local technician. You call one number and we handle it.
What’s the contract term?
We require a 6-month service agreement. MSP onboarding involves real setup work — deploying monitoring agents, documenting your environment, configuring alerts specific to your setup. The 6-month term covers that investment and locks in your rate. After 6 months, the agreement renews monthly with 30-day notice to cancel.
What does ‘remote-only’ mean in practice?
We install a small monitoring agent on your computers during onboarding. After that, we can see, manage, and fix almost anything remotely — no waiting for someone to drive to your office. For the rare physical issue, see above.
How does onboarding work?
We schedule a 30-minute call, walk you through installing the RMM agent on your machines (takes about 5 minutes per computer), and we’re live. Most clients are fully onboarded in under an hour.
